This collection is inspired by the beautiful florals of the Jardin des Plantes, the main botanical garden in France. We’ve used prints inspired by the tropical summer flowers of the jardins, and in preparation for summer we’ve used some lighter fabrics like cotton seersucker and, of course, the transeasonal French linen.
The perfect collection for spring strolls in the park or for a little moonlight dancing, this range was designed to be mixed and matched for a timeless, elegant wardrobe.

This winter we are lucky enough to have the National Gallery of Victoria team up with the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston to bring a major exhibition to Australian shores. The theme? French Impressionism. (Ooh la la!) For those who haven’t yet witnessed this glorious show at the NGV, there are exclusive paintings from the likes of Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Edgar Degas, Camille Pissarro, Mary Cassatt, and of course — Claude Monet. A French gimlet is a sophisticated and simple take on the classic gimlet with un petit French twist. Three ingredients are shaken not stirred to make a refreshing and chic summer cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
60ml of good Gin or Vodka (remember the better the gin or vodka, the better the drink)
30ml of St Germain elderflower liquor
15ml of fresh lime juiceLime for garnish
METHOD
Fill a cocktail shaker with iceCombine all your ingredients to the shaker – gin or vodka, St Germain and lime juice
Shake until cold for 30 to 60 seconds
Strain into a martini glass or coupe glass
Garnish with a lime – peel a section by slicing a long slit down the middle of the lime and bending it in half to get a fun garnish.

1 part Lime Juice
1 part Elderflower Syrup
Stir together over ice
